Ultimate Lash Bond PROx (For Maximum Bond) = The strongest adhesive we have.
Elite PROx Rapid Dry Adhesive (1-2s Dry!) = The runner up with fast drying time.
Ultra Bonding Banana Fusion Adhesive = Banana scented adhesive.
Diamond NO.1 — Crystal Clear Adhesive = Clear adhesive.

How Should I Store The Adhesive ?
Unopened adhesives can be stored in the refrigerator.
Opened adhesives should not be stored in the refrigerator.
All adhesives should be out of direct sunlight, stored in a cool, dry & dark place.
How Long Is The Adhesive Good For?
Unopened adhesives can last up to 12 months if properly stored.
Opened adhesives last up to 8 weeks with proper care. You’ll know when once the consistency starts to turn thicker and more stringy.

Highclass Lashes® PRO processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Once the delivery of an order is in the custody of the freight carrier, Highclass Lashes® PRO is no longer liable for the order. As soon as that third party takes possession over your product, Highclass Lashes® PRO is no longer responsible. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and be available to receive their package. Highclass Lashes® PRO is not responsible in the event of lost or stolen packages, and does not refund lost or missing packages.
You must contact support immediately within 5 days of receipt for any defective products or quality concerns. A return label will be provided. We reserve the right to either exchange or provide in-store credit upon receiving the defective product
No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of your order.
Due to hygiene safety issues, we do not offer returns on opened and/or used products.
Any returns must be in salable condition and in original, unopened packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless you have received a defective product.
All returns for in-store credit. Limited to $200 of product.
All trainings are non-refundable.
