< 40% Humidity: Use humidifier + nanomister (Your adhesive risks not having enough moisture to cure and dry and will stay ‘wet’ — this results in lash stickies, a frustrating application and poor retention)
40% Humidity: 3+ second dry time
48% Humidity: 2 second dry time
70% Humidity: 1 second dry time
> 70%+ Humidity: Use dehumidifier (Your adhesive risks shock-curing, or “Blooming”, and will look like a white frost at the base of the lashes — this results in an unwanted cosmetic impurity)

Retention issues most commonly occur when your adhesive is old and shelved in a warehouse for several months before it was purchased. (Most adhesives are marketed with a six month shelf life, however our tests have shown adhesive integrity degrade after 2 months from their manufactured date — far sooner than the commonly advertised 6 month shelf life.)
*Warranty voided if adhesive is frozen or placed in freezer. Quality cannot be guaranteed once frozen.

We ask that you please review the guide above and if you need additional assistance, we can go through that list together to pinpoint the exact problem and quickly find the best solution.
Adhesives are expired when it becomes sticky, stringy or tacky.
Store upright in a cool, dark and low light environment (keep out of direct sunlight).
When not in use, store in air-tight container with silica pack (to reduce exposure to light, heat and moisture).
Please do not freeze or store in fridge (quality cannot be guaranteed once frozen).
Shake for at least 30-60 seconds before each client (you do not have to shake each time you dispense a new drop). Note: shake side-to-side (not up-and-down).
Dispense new drop of adhesive every 15-30 minutes (do not squeeze the bottle; allow gravity to make the adhesive drop on its own).
‘Burp’ the bottle before recapping to remove air and prevent sticking. (You can ‘burp’ the bottle by letting it sit for 10 seconds and then squeezing very gently to release any air bubbles and suck any adhesive back into the bottle.)
Wipe off any extra adhesive from the nozzle top with a lint-free cloth, sponge or foil before recapping your adhesive. (Do not use cotton products as cotton negatively reacts with cyanoacrylate.)
